Position Overview

Responsibilities Overview

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking events, and online platforms.

Conduct thorough assessments of potential client needs and recommend suitable restoration solutions.

Provide accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring profitability for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.

Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.


Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.


Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.


Familiarity with roofing materials, installation processes, and industry best practices (preferred).


Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional time management skills.


Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Must not be afraid of heights.


Must be able to lift 50lbs.
